There was no breakfast with only one open restaurant in town that didn't serve dinner until 8:30.

The room was very nice. The hotel was finished very nice.

The plumbing needed work. The shower head leaked in all directions. T toilet needed to be primed a couple of times before each flush.

Beautiful location with mountains all around and close to restaurants and bars. Private parking, I even got to park in the garage for free, two chargers for electric vehicles. Elevator available.

Unfortunately breakfast wasn't available at this particular time. Restaurant/bar was also closed. It clearly says that the staff speaks English but using Google Translate on the phone does not count to me.

Exceptional

Owner was very helpful for his single guest. He prepared me a great breakfast. Room was great and facilities all acceptable.

The little town had closed after summer. So hotel was locked up when I arrived (planned time). But a nice guy cycled over to let me in. I was the only guest and they didn’t serve dinner, and neither did the village, anywhere. Not the hotels fault but be warned.

Off the beaten track enough to be perfect and quiet with a very comfortable bed.

Very comfortable bed and the room size was perfect. The owner was extremely helpful and displayed total honesty in his dealings with our group following our departure when one of us left soemthing behind.

No air con in the rooms.

A well placed hotel for touring the pyrenees mountains

We visited just for the evening during a quiet period. We were welcomed and looked after well. The room was clean and functional, with maybe a little too much pine. They parked our motorbikes security, and the lift direct from the car park made things much easier. the owners contacted us earlier via whatsapp to make sure we have all the information we needed including resteraunt and bar recommendations. They made themselves available at any time. No complaints and would recommend.

FALSE INFORMATION on Booking.com 1. Breakfast - NO, the website says breakfast is € 8 (see attached file). They say there is no breakfast. That's why I WAS HUNGRY. I was also hungry because there are no food bars in and around the village. 2. Food & Drinks and Bar - NO, I WAS HUNGRY because they don’t serve food. I was also hungry because there is no food bar in the village and the surrounding area (see attached file) 3. 24-hours front desk - NO 4. Room service - NO 5. Packed lunches - NO

Exceptional

Superior room for three was big size including the bathroom . Had a full flat TV of at least 43” size but only the free channels of Spain were available. Bathtub had a jacuzzi ( though we did not use it). Had a front view from our balcony with full open vista of the nature and mountains around this area. Enjoyed this view especially in the mornings. Restaurant was there but was not operational, though breakfast service was given to guests on demand ( we did not use this service). Appreciated the anti-COVID service like minimum contact with reception or cleaning staff. Check-in done in advance by filling up a registration form on WhatsApp before departing from our place, they gave a door access number on WhatsApp to enter during our stay, wifi code was given on WhatsApp in advance and was Available on the reception display card. Room entry electronic card with a physical key was available on the reception desk on arrival and we left it there when we left . The payment was deducted on the credit card one day before we left and message and invoice sent on WhatsApp. Requested a fan and was put in the room Already before we reached. Had ample , comfortable parking facility on ground level and underground levels. The receptionist was available all the time through WhatsApp ( we did meet him on our last day of stay).
